COURSE POLICIES 

Registration

Registering for a Class
Click on ITC’s main page. Then click on the Course Listing to find the class you want to attend. Click "Apply Now" Button. Fill up the details and complete the process.

Confirmation and Location Information
After registering online, you will receive an email with your registration confirmation which includes class location. Please print out your confirmation and present it to the instructor on the first day of class.

Accommodations
Class participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and for paying their hotel charges.

Payment Methods
Acceptable payment methods are Check, Invoice or Electronic Funds Transfer.

  • Check
    Checks are payable to iITC SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD in U.S. dollars (outside Malaysia participant) or Ringgit Malaysia (for local participant)
  • Invoice Payment
    Upon receipt of electronic funds transfer - money will be credited to your account. Transfer the total amount of the invoice to the account listed below and identify your payment as Training:

  • Receipt/Invoice
    After you register and submit your online order, an email notification will be sent to the email address you provided in your order. This email notification is your receipt. Cancellation/Refund

ISTI Cancellation of Class
ISTI encourages attendees to call and confirm whether a specific course is running before purchasing airline tickets. ISTI is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. ISTI retains the right to cancel a course until 3 weeks prior to the scheduled presentation date.

Customer Cancellation of Class Attendance
If you need to cancel your attendance to the class you registered for, phone or email notification to ISTI is required five (5) business days prior to the first day of the seminar. You may receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, up to and including the 5th business day before the seminar. If you find that you cannot attend, and it is less than five (5) business days before the start of the seminar, you may send a replacement, with phone notice to ISTI. If you are unable to send a replacement, you forfeit 50% of your registration fee. For more information, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. General Questions

Do I have to be a member of ISTI to register for a class?
No, training courses are open to everyone.

Do I receive a discount if I am a member?
No, there are no member discount on training classes.

What are the technical requirements for accessing training?
Adobe Flash Player 7.0+ required (newest version recommended). High speed internet connection required (1.5Mbps+).
